Lambda 19 LF (FBL) Frame Buffer Less "Lupenmonitor"

This kind of monitor is requested for security applications. E.g. Rail Stations, Airports. Secure means, that there is no frame buffer inside the monitor - therefore no image can be freezed. It's possible to switch between two fixed frequencys; here SIDOS 1 or SIDOS 2.
